Don Weber

Don is one of five partners of Ridihalgh, Fuelling, Snitker, Weber & Company. Operating working at the Jesup office, Don started with the company in September of 1976.

Don is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA_ status in 1976 and his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) status in 1996.

Don is involved in many civic activities including serving as Secretary of the Jesup Lions Club, Treasurer of both the Jesup Economic Development Foundation and Jesup Chamber of Commerce. Don is also an Advocate of the Jesup Knights of Columbus and is a board member of St. Athanasius Educational Endowment Fund and the Don Bosco High School Development Fund.


Trent Youngblut

Trent is our Staff Accountant. Trent grew up in the farming community between La Porte City and Dysart and graduated from Union High. Trent participated in basketball and Tennis and said that is where he learned his competitive edge! Trent graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in May, 2017 with a BA in Accountancy.

Trent likes to spend his spare time with his family and friends camping, boating and most of all competing in sporting activities. On Saturdays Trent likes watching the Hawkeyes play football and on Sundays following his favorite professional team the Denver Broncos.


Danielle Ambrosy

Danielle grew up in Brandon, IA, daughter of Larry & Jolene Bonefas, and graduated from Independence High School in 2008. In 2011, Danielle graduated with degrees in Animal Science and Agriculture Business and earning high honors and a 4.0 GPA.

Danielle married her husband, Aaron, in 2011. The couple then spent time working in Minnesota and South Dakota for Pipestone System, as members of the management team in swine production. Danielle’s love for pigs and management grew as she worked in barns from 800 head to 5,400 head sow units.

After the birth of their daughter, Addison, in 2015 Danielle moved back to Jesup to be closer to family. In 2017, their son, Connor, was born and he loves all things farming. The Ambrosy family has a small cow/calf operation with Aaron’s parents, Roger & Jean Ambrosy, located in Zwingle, IA.

Danielle is also a member of the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association, Iowa Corn Growers Association, and the Iowa Soybean Association. In 2020, Danielle received a bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University in accounting achieving the honors of Magna Cum Laude.

Danielle’s areas of specialty in our firm involve QuickBooks, Magnify, Payroll, & Tax Preparation.
